Wine and Food Pairing - a Miami Masterclass
Often viewed with trepidation, pairing wine with food (or food with wine if you prefer) is easier and more fun than you might expect. Join Lyn for this afternoon masterclass with 10 classic wines, some intriguing food options and a Champagne happy hour at the end of the day. You’ll have a great time see combinations that work and some that are less successful (but it will all be delicious). There’s no pressure (because there is no exam!) and we’re sure too have a great group of people joining in the fun.
