I love this quote from Thomas Jefferson, one of Colonial America’s most passionate wine lovers. If you are ready to channel your passion for wine into meaningful knowledge that helps you find more wines you love and avoid those you don’t, Fine Vintage and WSET are here to help. I’ll be leading a three-day course ending with the certification exam for WSET’s internationally recognized Level 2 “Award in Wine.” There are a lot of groups purporting to prepare you for the WSET Level 2 exam, but I’m confident in saying none do it as well as Fine Vintage.
Beginning April 15, we will spend three full days discussing and tasting wine, and preparing for the exam - that’s why our pass rate is higher than 96%. We have class April 15 and 16, then take a study break and wrap up with the final day and the exam on April 30.
We taste not only more wines but significantly better wines than most other schools. You can’t learn about good wine drinking average plonk. Join me for a fun and highly informative learning experience - Fine Vintage and WSET’s Level 2 coming up at The Hilton Garden Inn South Loop in the heart of Downtown Chcago. Benvenuto Brunello, an event held simultaneously in eight cities worldwide, was the debut of the storied 2019 vintage of Brunello di Montalcino, Tuscany’s classic, iconic and all-sangiovese wine. I was the presenter for one of the three American debut tastings, and have the story here.
