I’ll be leading a group of passionate students in a wonderful exploration of the fundamentals of wine - how it’s made, what makes it taste the way it does and use what kinds of food can we have with wine? Level 1 has WSET’s best examples of how food and wine go together - you’ll feel like an expert by the time the class wraps up at the end of this entertaining day. The course is held at the beautiful Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables from 9:30am to 5:30pm with breaks in the morning and afternoon and an hour for lunch. See you there!
